Anna and the French Kiss

(Book Review)

Hello lovelies! Tonight i would like to do a book review of book entitled Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. Just so you know that this is my second book that i had read from this same author. First book is Lola and the Boy Next Door. and there's a lovely guy in this book! Auchh, miss him. If you haven't read it yet, you better grab it now. But between these two books, i would prefer Anna and the French Kiss. I heard some people just said that Isla and Happily Ever after also enjoyable (me, don't know, because i haven't read it yet :') )

So, until right know i fall in love with every fictional characters! And yes, i do fall in love with E'tienne St. Clair as well as i fall in love with Cricket (in Lola and the Boy Next Door). Both of them like sharing the same characters tho! You know, i don't ever imagine that Etienne like - this stunning when i read Lola and the Boy Next Door ( Anna basically Lola's friend, and Isla is Anna's friend. So there is a connection between the three book of Stephanie Perkins ). When i came up reading this book it really make me feel like awww!! The author really good in keeping up the readers to continue the reading until the last pages. fuhh!

Hey, people out there who wants to read this Stephanie Perkins 'series' (Lola, Anna and Isla), you should start it with reading Anna and the French Kiss first because there will be like sequel to this book in Lola and the Boy Next Door. To me, i read Lola and the Bot Next Door first, so you know how frustrating i am then ughh. I just need to read Isla and Happily Ever After to complete those series. But i also wonder like what the storyline would be and what happen to Isla and Josh ( he's actually Rashmi's boyfriend in Anna and the French Kiss ). And i am not interested with Josh! But i bet, if i read Isla and Happily Ever After, the author will make me fall in love with Josh later haha!

Okay now, what i think about Anna and the French Kiss! To me, this book are great, sly and romantic maybe(?) And by the way, its also gain me a little bit knowledge about Paris, France and even French language. Merci XD. Ohh hey, i just know about English accent!! OH GOD! Like American use American accent and British people use English accent. And Etienne use English accent as well  - which is American girls love a guy with English accent. LOL! I don't know is it true or not, but the writer said it tho.

Ok speaking of - i know how hard Anna want to apt her life in Paris. She's American - and i just read that Parisians hate American, well i don't know the truth but maybe its true enough. So, can you imagine  you're living in a foreign country and you don't know how to speak their language? As for Anna, she doesn't know how to speak French! It's really tough, really!

Hahaha, i am so sorry if you find that my book review are boring and useless, this is my first time ever doing a book review on line. Before this i just write it down in my journal and yeahh its pretty nonsense sometimes. So back to Anna, when she Studied in Paris, she had a hard time in making the order. She can't order her breakfast, lunch and dinner because it is all in French. It's great that Etienne St. Clair helped her to make and order. So, in this book, Anna made a friends with Meredith(Mer), Rashmi, Josh and of course St. Clair!! They always having a breakfast, lunch, and etc together. Picnic, went to the theatre and having a fun. But Anna having most of her time with St.Clair. Well especially when it was Thanksgiving day.

Well actually St. Clair already had a girlfriend, Ellie. Which makes Anna annoyed! Haha, Anna also have Toph (aish, i forgot!) But Anna don't know that her best friend, Bridge back at America were dating with Toph (i don.t want to mention about this and no  comment). Because i just hate all the ex -ex. Ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend, Matt or Toph or even Max in Lola and the Boy Next Door. I hate them. I just love Etienne because he reminds me of Cricket ❤. But Etienne gots a brown eyes and Cricket with blue yes! 

And there is another person that i hate in this book and he is Dave. He is Anna's classmate in French i guess. So, i hate it when Anna came along with Dave just to make St. Clair jealous. I think its not worth at all. It's just like yakks! Because Dave such a gross person 😒. 

I am not telling that St. Clair is 100% perfect. Yeahh, i do like him but sometimes i am getting furious by him. I just wonder why he keeps going to meet Ellie when he realized that he has already fall in love with Anna? And why doesn't he just break up with Ellie - who acts like she is Parisian huh!

Well i think that is all the things that i want to mention right here. I am so sorry to those who are reading my book review, you may find it hard to understand my writing. and I know it is not completely a book review. I know its been a very long time since my last update on blog - you know i had around 5 months to enjoy my life without the school things ( homeworks, exam etc ) but yeahh i'm not updating my blog either. But hey, i'm right here now! So today i would like to share something that i think it is like precious or worth to do while you had too much free time. Actually, you can also spend some time to make it happens because it is not too complicated. So here!

PENPALLING // LETTERING // SNAILMAIL !!
(have y'all heard about it? no?)

Okay, let me make it clear to you. Penpalling, lettering and snailmail are the same things actually - to me. It's just like having a pen pals all around the world whether from America, Philippine, Korea, Japan, Malaysia or wherever it is, it just fine. If you want to have so many pen pal, you can search it as many as you can, but remember, you have to make sure you have a plenty of times if you want to have so many pen friends because yeahh ofc you need to reply all of their letters asap! Oh, before that, you should know how to handle a letter because penpalling world mostly using a letter ( handwriting writing letter ) as a medium to communicate between each others. So you had rather to know how to use a stamps and how to post off a letters at the post office :) As me, i just learnt it from one of my friends haha !

Just follow these simple steps :

1. Search for a pen pal. You can use hashtag #penpalswanted on social media such as instagram or maybe twitter (?) Or maybe you can search it through a web, just type penpalswanted. Simple right! Ok next!

2. Write a letter. For the first time, just introduce yourself in the letter like your real name, age, hobbies, your interest or whatever it is as an introduction of yourself. You can write as many as you can - one page two pages three pages or even more! I think it's more worth to write up to two pages if you're using a4 paper. If you're using a5 / a6 paper, make sure you write up to three pages! Just spill about yourself because pen pal usually loves to read more and more haha. Actually, if you don't get any ideas to create a letter, you can google it or search it on youtube. There's a torns of video that can inspire you, seriously! So, just search! Next,

3. Decorate your letter. If you're a talented person, it's not a big deal for you right? Okay yes,you can draw something on the envelope, put some washitapes, cute stickers, wrap it with a cute paper and so on. Just use your creativity. Because every people got a different ideas right? For me, decoration is the most happening time when you write a letter. Oh ok, if you think that you're helplessly no idea or you are out of being a creative person, no worries okay. There's a book where you can buy out there that apparently you can use for snailmail. It's called BOOK FOR PAPER LOVERS ! This book are really really amazingly great you know. You will not regret if you bought them! Because it's urghh awesome! So, you don't need to worry if you're out of creative, this book can truely help you!

4. Tadaaa, your letter already done and ready to be send out to your pen pal. Just put some stamps and  an air mail sticker (not too important ) and it's ready to go! Yeayy!

Okay, it is a cool things right? Yeah, i know people nowadays don't use such as letter things these days, yes i know right, i know. Why we want to put ourself in a hard time like old people a decades back when we here live in a well develop communication facilities right? We have WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and etc as a medium to communicate today right? So why we would bother to use the old way - writing letter? It's lame! Oh God. Basically, people will say like that haha i know. But yeah, why not we try something different? You'll get a new experience tho, get to know others people cultures and stories! It's fun, trust me. :)

Hey ! I'm on 'blogger' now!

Y'know, the main reason why i created my own blog is just for fun. I am thinking of writing something that just trapped in my mind ahah maybe sharing my thoughts? Hmm

Honestly i want to share something creative right here because y'know i really really really like doing and working on something that is cute and crafty an classic!
